After almost two years not uploading anything on my web-design-site (because of things I thought were more of a priority to me), I decided to start posting some recent news and other crap. To start off, some pic’s from my month trip in January I made to USA – CAN – back to USA. I was there for some competitions and trying to qualify for the olympics. This last thing still hasn’t happend, not gonna talk about that. You’ll hear it when it happens!!

Right now I’m in Whistler to ride for a week in between competitions. Two days ago we decided to go sledding with Crispin and Brad Martin, two canadian friends that live in Whistler. They took us out to the sickest backcountry I’ve ever been!! Here some pictures off the most exhausting but sickest day off my season..

End of a fucking sick day!!

Last week the Canadian Open happend in Calgary. The Dutch team was present to shred, I qualified for finals and was stoked to ride the finals at night. At the end I ended 7th with not really landing the run I wanted to, but overal a good competition and result!

After a few days of training and two broken boards I did the quali’s of the halfpipe contest today in La Molina on a borrowed board. You should expect a disaster, but I reached the semi finals. I’m happy I can show my skills tomorrow again. Here a few pics of the trainingdays, thanks to my friend and photographer Rutger Geerling.

Although the Burton European Open didn’t go that well for me (Got kicked out of the Semi-Finales) I had some good days of training. this is a bit of footage of practice the day before semi’s. Enjoy!

I’ve been in Coloado for two weeks now and a lot has been going on! Sinterklaas, competitions, power riding, shopping malls etc.  Here are a few pictures that I’ve taken during my stay in the great US of A.

On monday evening I finally arrived in the US after. I’m gonna stay here for two and a half weeks to do some fun riding with the dutch team. these are some pictures from the first one and a half day I’m here now. I’ll keep you all updated in the next weeks!

First week home; me and 11 other guys went to Ajax for harry (de Weijer) his birthday, to support our favorite club and drink lots off beers. We were definitely sitting on the best spot off the stadium, right in the middle off all the family’s that brought they’re little kids to a nice and fun match. I think that the family’s in our row werent that happy with all of us at the time the  left the stadium.. thanks for the fun night Harry!!

Sorry for the late update. Havent really paid allot of attention to my website lately, but now finally a update. After not getting through semi’s in the Europecup, the week after a Worldcup started. I was feeling the competition more then the Europecup and even ended up in the finals. I didnt ride that well in the finals and ended up 12th, still satisfied though. The competition was over and I headed home again to relax and get my party on for three weeks.
